Who I am

Anzel Automation is a trading name of Settleby Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15107426). In these terms, "I", "me" and "Anzel Automation" mean Settleby Ltd trading as Anzel Automation. You can reach me at hello@anzel.me.

Using this website

This website is provided for general information about Anzel Automation's services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote or contract, and it does not constitute professional, financial, legal or tax advice.

Any work I carry out is governed by a separate written agreement and proposal agreed with you before it begins. Examples of outcomes such as time saved are illustrative of the kind of improvement worth investigating — they are not guarantees of specific results.

Please use this website lawfully: don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it, and don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The content, wording and design of this website are owned by Settleby Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to view it and link to it, but please don't copy or reuse substantial parts without permission.

The information I collect

When you submit the enquiry form, I collect the details you choose to provide:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your business type or sector
• Your approximate team size (optional)
• A description of the admin or follow-up problem you want to fix

I also receive the standard technical information your browser sends with any web request (such as your IP address), used only to operate the site securely.

How I use it, and the legal basis

I use your enquiry only to respond to you and to discuss whether and how I can help. The legal basis is your consent (given via the form's checkbox) together with my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your enquiry is delivered to my inbox by email. Email delivery is handled by a third-party email provider acting as a processor on my behalf; your details are passed to that provider solely to deliver the message.

What I don't do

• I don't sell or rent your information.
• I don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• I don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
• I don't copy your enquiry into AI tools that would use it to train their models.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. A single strictly-necessary security cookie may be set to help protect form submissions; it isn't used to track you.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then delete them. If we don't end up working together, I'll remove your enquiry on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me to:

• Confirm what personal information I hold about you
• Provide a copy of it
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it
• Stop using it

To make a request, email hello@anzel.me. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — though I'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

I may update this page from time to time. The version published here is always the current one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
